Integral Lifting Technology for A380 Hangar Roof of Capital Airport

Abstract:
Integral lifting technology was used in A380 hangar roof of Capital Airport. Supporting system and lifting equipment load cases were calculated with gradual failure criterion. Lifting cases were analyzed with steel roof, lifting equipment and system integrative modeling method. Roof structure was synchronous control lifted by multigroup and multipoint method with combination scheme of position synchronization and load distribution. Stress of steel roof structure was monitored with realtime monitoring technology during lifting. All the technologies mentioned are key innovative points of integral lifting technology.
