越南大婆桥整体下降技术研究及应用

[摘要] 越南胡志明市阮文灵大道大婆桥由于采用分期建设,应业主和政府部门要求,需要将早期建设的桥梁桥面标高下降,使其满足后期工程的统一设计。针对建筑物改造工程中极少遇到的桥梁整体下降技术进行了研究,通过方案对比、试验研究,独创性地提出并实施了采用砂筒托换,漏砂下降的方法,成功实现了桥梁的整体下降。针对水中桥墩和陆上桥墩,分别介绍了托换、下降过程和技术要点。同时,还介绍了确保桥梁整体下降过程平稳、安全的综合措施。

Research and Application of  Integral Descending Technology of Vietnam Balong Bridge

Abstract:Balong Bridge on Nguyen Van Linh Highway, Hochiminh City, Vietnam, is  constructed by stages. According to the requirements from  owner and the government, the elevation of the bridge deck should be lowered for the bridge constructed in earlier stage to meet the uniform design of later stage. To achieve this aim, research is made to obtain the bridge integral descending technology, which is rarely encountered in the field of structural reconstruction. This
 paper presents the unique and ingenious technology of sand cylinder underpinning and sand leakage descending to achieve integral descending reconstruction of existing bridge.
 Detailed technologies of  underpinning and descending for bridge piers off-shore and
 on-shore are introduced, as well as the  combining measures to ensure the stable and s
afe integral descending process of bridge.
