杭州钱江国际时代广场深大基坑支护技术

[摘要] 杭州钱江国际时代广场工程基坑平面呈菱形,属超大型深基坑。由于基坑围护方案多次变更,且在施工过程中地下室由2层调整为3层,地下水丰沛,施工难度较大。采用上部土钉墙下部钻孔灌注排桩墙加SMW挡墙复合围护体系,并设围檩和预应力土钉,基坑内外自流深井降水。地下室加深后补充206根800mm抗拔桩,并在基坑锐角部位增设钢筋混凝土大角撑。监测结果显示,基坑变形各项指标均未达到报警值。

Support Technology of Deep and Large Foundation Excavation of Qianjiang International Times Plaza in Hangzhou

Abstract:Rhombic foundation excavation of Qianjiang International Times Plaza belongs to super large and deep foundation excavation in Hangzhou. It is difficult to construct because of repeated change of support scheme, the basement changing  from two floors to three floors during construction, and underground water is abundant in the construction site. The support scheme is designed as follows: soil nailing wall at upper part, composite supporting system of bored piles and SMW retaining walls at lower part, and circuit purlin and prestressed soil nailings are
 used. Deep artesian wells are applied in dewatering of internal and external foundation excavation. 206 anti-pulling piles with 800mm diameter are added after the basement is deepened, and large reinforced concrete corner-braces are set at sharp angle of the foundation excavation. Monitoring results show that all deformation indexes of foundation excavation don′t reach alarm values.
