太原某高层住宅楼流砂的控制与治理

[摘要] 太原某高层住宅楼采用水泥搅拌桩重力式挡土墙结合锚索进行基坑支护,管井法降水。基坑开挖过程中出现大面积流砂。根据水文、地质条件及周边环境,通过计算坑底渗流稳定性,确定降水井过浅、承压水压力大是基坑产生流砂的根本原因,透水层被预应力管桩打穿后不具备隔水功能,加上基坑实际土层情况和地质报告有出入导致流砂发生。针对流砂产原因,提出加强降水、向上渗流出口处覆盖压重及土层加固等处理措施,彻底止住流砂,使得工程可以顺利进行。

Control and Treatment of Quicksand in a High-rise Residence of Taiyuan

Abstract:Foundation excavation of a high-rise residence in Taiyuan adopts cement mixing piles gravity retaining wall and anchors cables as supporting, and dewatering with tube wells. According to hydrological and geological conditions and surrounding environment of the foundation excavation, causes of quicksand during excavation are fundamentally attributed to too shallow dewatering wells and too large pressure of confined water, and the causes includes permeable layer failure in water insulation after the prestressed piles drilled through it and index
es difference between practical soil layer and geology report. Thus, treatment measures are suggested to stop the quicksand such as enhancing dewatering, covering sand bags on seepage area and reinforcing soil layers and so on.
