大跨网壳结构施工过程模拟分析

[摘要]结构设计时,对象均是使用阶段的成型结构,而施工过程中结构本身及其受力与设计时的状态具有很大差异,对于大跨网壳、桥梁、隧道等重要结构进行施工过程模拟与监测是非常重要的。该文提出了运用ANSYS有限元软件中单元生死高级选项进行施工过程模拟的数值方法,并以某体育馆大跨度焊接钢管拱形网壳结构为例,考虑温度影响对屋盖的施工过程进行了数值模拟,同时对其进行了施工监测。分析结果表明:温度荷载对支座相连的杆件内力影响较大,而对其它杆件影响很小,并与实测结果吻合得较好,验证了施工模拟数值方法的有效性。
