［摘要］小湾电站工程地质条件复杂，边坡治理难度大，锚索工程是边坡护坡加固的主体工程。该文主要对左岸边坡锚索施工中出现的问题作初步的探讨和研究，分析出现问题的原因并提出解决和避免这些问题的方法。预应力锚索施工常见的问题主要涉及钻孔、灌浆、编索和下索、张拉等4个方面。通过对问题的分析和讨论，得到的一些结论或经验教训对以后的锚索施工有一定的启发作用。
［关键词］ 预应力锚索；电站；施工；预应力损失The geologic conditions in Xiaowan hydropower station project are complicated. It is difficult to treat the side slope. The anchor cable project is the main part of strengthening side slope. In this article, authors discuss the questions emerged in left bank side slope anchor cable construction. The reasons inducing those questions are analyzed and countermeasures are given. Those questions include boring hole, grouting, knitting and layout strands, stretching, etc. By analyzing those questions, some conclusion is got, which may be useful to future similar projects.
