旋挖钻与回旋钻组合施工工艺在大直径超长桩中的应用*

[摘要]龙潭长江大桥北塔采用大直径超长桩基础,传统的旋挖钻成孔和回旋钻成孔已满足不了现代桥梁建设对桩基施工效率和成孔质量的要求。通过对不同成孔施工工艺的比较,发现大直径超长桩采用旋挖钻引孔50m,回旋钻接力钻进至成孔的组合成孔施工工艺能在保证成孔质量的前提下,大幅提升成孔施工效率。同时,旋挖钻引孔不占用关键线路,组合成孔施工工艺应用后大幅缩短了施工工期,达到了提升桩基施工效率和确保桩基施工质量的目的。

Application of Combined Construction Technology of Rotary Drill and Convolute Drill in Large Diameter and Super Long Piles

Abstract: The north tower of the Longtan Yangtze River Bridge adopts large diameter and super long pile foundations. Traditional rotary drilling and convolute drilling cant meet the requirements of modern bridge construction for pile foundation construction efficiency and hole quality. Through the comparison of different hole forming construction techniques, it is found that the large diameter and super long pile adopts rotary drilling for pilot holes of 50 meters, and the combined hole forming construction process of rotary drilling and convolute drilling to hole formation can ensure the quality of the hole, and significantly improve the efficiency of hole forming. At the same time, the rotary drilling pilot hole does not occupy key lines. After the application of the combined hole construction technology, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the purpose of improving the construction efficiency of the pile foundation and ensuring the quality of the pile foundation construction is achieved.
