绿色工程内涵及指标体系对比综述*

[摘要]以绿色建筑、绿色交通和绿色矿山为代表的绿色工程已成为社会可持续发展的一个重要方向,然而由于缺少对绿色工程内涵的共识,给一些行业推进绿色工程建设造成不便。文章梳理了国内外以建筑、矿山和交通为代表的绿色工程建设研究成果,从工程技术、经济管理和社会人文3个方面总结了绿色工程的内涵,比较了绿色工程的指标体系,给出了不同类型的工程行业在绿色工程建设中的侧重点。进一步以绿色建筑为对象,分析不同国家和地区现行绿色建筑标准的异同,详细评述德国绿色建筑评价体系DGNBdeutsche gesellschaft für nachhaltiges bauen)和中国GB/T 503782019《绿色建筑评价标准》的区别。基于对比分析,提出相对通用的绿色工程内涵和指标体系基本框架。

Comparative Review of Green Engineering Evaluation Index System

Abstract:The development of green engineering is an important research direction represented by green buildings, green transportation and green mines. However,due to lacking of complete and unified definition of green engineering, it is inconvenient to the promotion of green engineering construction .This paper summarized the basic ideas and contents of green engineering from the aspects of engineering technology, economic management and social humanities on the basis of analyzing the existing research results of green engineering construction at home and abroad. Represented by building, mining and transportation, this paper compared the differences between the green construction from longitudinal and contact, offered different types of emphasis in green construction engineering industry. Moreover, this paper compared the current green building evaluation standards at home and abroad, and detailed compared Germany DGNB and Chinese green building evaluation standard. At last it puts forward a relatively comprehensive connotation and definition of green engineering.
