小直径长距离盾构隧道全圆二次衬砌成套高效施工技术*

[摘要]在矿山法隧道中,二次衬砌已经形成了成熟的施工技术,但在小直径长距离盾构隧道全圆二次衬砌施工中,由于断面小且距离长,传统二次衬砌施工方法无法大面积投入施工,施工效率极低且需投入大量劳动力,难以满足进度要求。以大东湖核心区污水传输系统工程二次衬砌施工为依托,通过对施工技术进行创新,将二次衬砌施工工序进行拆分,研发了钢筋运输摆放设备、仰拱模板体系、可通行模板台车及轨行式混凝土运输、浇筑等二次衬砌施工成套设备及其施工技术,并结合现场科学组织、合理安排,高效、高质完成了该项目全圆二次衬砌施工,节约了工期。

High Efficiency Construction Technology of Full Circle Secondary Lining for Small Diameter and Long Distance Shield Tunnel

Abstract:In the mining tunnel, the secondary lining construction has formed a mature construction technology, but in the small diameter long distance shield tunnel full circle secondary lining construction, the traditional secondary lining is not applicable for construction, the construction efficiency is extremely low and a large amount of labor is required, which is difficult to meet the schedule requirements. Based on the construction of the second lining of the sewage transmission system project in the core area of the Dadong Lake, this paper splits the construction process of the second lining by innovating the construction technology, and develops the steel transportation and placement equipment, the invert formwork system, and the passable formwork trolley. And rail type concrete transportation, pouring and other secondary lining construction equipment and its corresponding construction technology are developed. Combined with the scientific organization and reasonable arrangement on site, the secondary lining construction is completed with high efficiency and high quality, and construction period is shortened.
