富水砂卵石地层渣土改良试验研究*

[摘要]针对成都富水砂卵石地层,采用泡沫剂和膨润土对盾构施工中的渣土进行改良,给出了渣土改良相应指标的控制标准。通过室内坍落度试验、渗透性试验以及研发的土体磨蚀试验,分析了不同添加剂掺入比下渣土坍落度、渗透系数以及土体磨蚀系数的变化规律。结果表明,采用泡沫剂浓度3%、体积注入率15%和膨润土质量比16、 体积注入率15%进行渣土改良,渣土坍落度和渗透系数满足控制指标要求且土体磨蚀系数最小。最后通过刀具的磨损量验证了刀具磨损值在控制范围内。

Experimental Study on Improvement of Residual Soil in Water Rich Sandy Pebble Stratum

Abstract: Foam and bentonite are used to improve the residue in shield construction in Chengdu water rich sandy pebble stratum. Then through the indoor slump test, permeability test and the soil erosion test, the change rules of the slump, permeability coefficient and soil erosion coefficient of slag soil with different additives were analyzed. The results showed that the foam concentration was 3%, volume injection rate was 15%, bentonite mass ratio was 1:6, volume injection rate was 15%, and muck improvement was carried out. The slump and permeability coefficient of the residue meet the control index and the soil abrasion coefficient is the smallest. Finally, the tool wear value under the above parameters is verified to be within the control range through the tool wear amount.
