地下室中部超重钢骨柱滑移法吊装技术研究

[摘要]武汉恒隆广场二期购物中心及地下室工程地上6层,地下3层,地下室共计3根大截面钢骨柱,均分布在地下室靠近中间区域。以首层内支撑梁为依托制作钢结构滑移式运输吊装平台,成功解决了因钢柱距离基坑边缘较远而无法利用大型起重设备进行吊装的难题,减少了地下室塔式起重机的投入。重点介绍滑移式运输吊装平台、钢柱吊装、内支撑拆除与钢柱吊装协调施工等技术。

Research on Sliding Hoisting Technology of Overweight Supporting Steel Column in Middle of Basement

Abstract:Phase of Wuhan Henglong Square has 6 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground. It has 3 large section steel columns in the basement, and the steel columns are all located in the basement near the middle area. Steel structure sliding lifting platform is made by using the inner supporting beam of the first layer. Then the problem of steel column can not be hoisted with large lifting equipment is solved due to large distance of the column and foundation excavation edge. So the basement tower crane can be cancelled. Main hoisting technologies are introdced such as sliding transport lifting platform, steel column hoisting construction, internal support demolition and steel column hoisting coordination construction technology.
