[摘要]结合青岛国际院士港二期的机电工程工期紧张、施工质量要求高、系统种类多、大型管线多,管线集中、空间拥挤等难题,研究并应用了机电工程装配式施工技术。通过多角度方案比选,提出了机电管道装配式施工的总体思路,创新运用了可拆卸横担的管道支架配合装配式吊装,形成了机电管道装配式施工的工艺流程和施工方法,实现了工期节约和良好的经济效益。

Assembly Construction Technology of Electromechanical Pipeline

Abstract:The assembly construction technology of electromechanical engineering is studied and applied combined with the problems of tight construction period, high construction quality requirements, many types of systems, many large pipelines, centralized pipelines and crowded space of phase II of Qingdao International Academician Port. Through the comparison and selection of multi angle schemes, the overall scheme of the assembly construction of electromechanical pipeline is put forward. The pipe support of the removable cross is innovatively adopted to cooperate with the assembly hoisting. The process flow and construction method of the assembly construction of electromechanical pipeline is formed, and construction period saving and good economic benefits are realized.
