装配整体式混凝土框架结构施工技术

［摘要］北京西铁营还建项目采用装配整体式混凝土框架结构，存在构件种类多、节点构造复杂、施工场地狭小、层高大，传统钢支撑支设困难、节点核心区模板支设困难等问题。结合实际困难，对构件进行二次深化设计，优化管理流程并优化定位安装、支撑和模板方案。对采用的施工工艺进行了详细介绍。通过采用系列工艺，保障了装配整体式混凝土框架结构工程的质量、工期和效益。

Construction Technology of Assembled Integral Concrete Frame Structure

Abstract: The assembled integral concrete frame shear wall structure is adopted in Beijing Xitieying Relocation project. The project has many difficulties, such as many kinds of components, complex joint structure, narrow construction site, high floor resulting in difficulties in the support of steel support and formwork cosntruction in the core area of the joint. Combined with practical difficulties, the secondary deepening design of components, optimization of management process, optimization of positioning, installation, support and formwork scheme. The construction technology are introduced. By adopting a series of processes, the quality, construction period and benefit of the assembled integral concrete frame shear wall project are guaranteed.
