超大体量装配式预制阳台施工关键技术

[摘要]针对超大体量装配式预制阳台施工过程中采用传统起吊及转运工具易产生裂缝、现场吊装施工效率低、与现浇部分连接节点复杂等问题,通过对设计、生产运输、安装施工等全过程进行研究,运用ABAQUS有限元软件分析产生质量裂缝的原因。结果表明,超大预制阳台施工过程中严格控制运输存放方式,增加支撑架与阳台板之间接触面,阳台板配筋间距150mm,可以解决超大体量装配式预制阳台生产及安装施工技术问题,提高预制阳台工程质量、提升装配式建筑形象、缩短工期。

Key Construction Technology of Prefabricated Balconies with Super Large Volume

Abstract:Aiming at problems such as cracks caused by traditional lifting and transfer tools during the construction of super large prefabricated balconies, low on site lifting construction efficiency, and complicated connection nodes with the cast in place parts, the entire process of design, production, transportation, installation and construction is carried out. ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the causes of cracks. Results show that technical problems of the production and installation of the super large prefabricated balcony can be solved, the project quality of prefabricated balconies and the image of prefabricated buildings can be improved, and the construction and installation period can be shortened through strict control of the transportation and storage methods during the construction of the super large prefabricated balcony, increase of the contact surface between the support frame and the balcony slab, and keeping a reinforcement space of 150mm between balcony slabs.
