内墙条板拼缝部位饰面层防裂技术*

[摘要]简述当前条板拼缝开裂控制方法,并指出其局限性。针对拼缝开裂导致饰面层开裂提出了一种解决方法。将拼缝部位外侧处理分为强黏结段和弱黏结段两部分,弱黏结段有一定宽度且构成材料有一定伸长率。弱黏结段在功能上将大尺寸拼缝部位裂纹分散至饰面层肉眼可见范围以下微裂纹。通过分析,弱黏结段宽度确定为35mm。弱黏结段材料优选丙烯酸聚合物砂浆,其功能通过在丙烯酸聚合物砂浆与条板间设置1道隔离层实现。试验结果证明,该方法对2mm以内拼缝裂纹有效。

Crack Prevention Technology for the Facing Layer of the Inner Wall Slat Seam

Abstract:In this paper, the current crack control method of slot seam is briefly introduced, and its limitation is also pointed out. In view of the cracks of the facing layer caused by the cracks of the slot seam, a corresponding solution is proposed. Methods for the external treatment of the slot seam were divided into two parts: strong bonding section and weak bonding section. The weak bonding section has a certain width and its constituent material has a certain elongation. Functionally, in the weak bonding section, the cracks at the large size seam are distributed to the micro cracks below the visible range of the facing layer. Through analysis, the width of weak bond section is determined as 35mm. The optimum material of the weak bonding section is acrylic polymer mortar. The function of the weak bonding section is realized by setting an isolation layer between the acrylic polymer mortar and slat. Experiments show that this method is effective for slot seam cracks within 2mm.
