高低桩留土反压结合中心岛多级支护体系在临地铁深基坑中的应用

[摘要]武汉梦时代广场项目深基坑长450m,宽240m,其北侧开挖深度达17.8m,离武汉市轨道交通2号线站房结构仅3.9m。为保证局部预留土区域不影响地上结构施工,减少反压土宽度,采用“高低桩+桩顶斜撑+多级支护+坑内预留土+结构楼板支撑”支护体系。介绍该支护体系的设计分析、有限元建模并进行现场实施和监测。结果表明,该支护体系在风化岩地质中应用效果良好,变形符合要求;且节省大量支撑结构,保证施工关键线路不受影响,节约了造价和工期。

Application of High low Pile Retaining Soil Back Pressure Combined Central Island Multi level supporting System in Deep Foundation Excavation near Subway

Abstract: The deep foundation excavation of the Wuhan Dream Times Mall project is 450m in length and 240m in wide. The excavation depth on the north side is 17.8m. It is only 3.9m away from the station structure of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2. A supporting system of high and low piles + pile top bracing + multi level support + reserved soil in the excavation+ structural floor support is adopted in order to ensure that the partly reserved soil area will not affect the construction of the above ground structure, and reduce the width of back pressure soil. Design analysis, finite element modeling is introduced combined with on site monitoring and implementation. The result showes that the support system has a good effect in weathered rock geology, and the deformation meets the requirements. A large number of support structures are saved to ensure that key construction lines are not affected, and the cost is saved, the constrcution time is shorted.
