光热电站熔盐罐基础陶粒土回填施工技术

[摘要]由于光热电站熔盐罐中熔盐温度高达600℃,达万吨级储盐量,陶粒基础既要满足承重需求又要满足减少热量损失的要求,因此陶粒基础回填压实质量和保温效果是施工控制重点。熔盐式太阳能热发电项目是新型能源项目,目前熔盐罐的陶粒基座施工和质量检测国内还没有相关规范,也无可参照文献。依托迪拜700MW光热与250MW光伏混合电站项目进行了熔盐罐基础施工研究,研究了一种陶粒面层预铺钢板以小型机械夯实的回填压实方法,解决了熔盐罐陶粒回填易破坏和压实施工难题,并采用动态和静态两种荷载平板进行试验检测,证实了回填质量符合要求,并对熔盐罐陶粒基础回填施工方法进行分析和总结。

Construction Technology of Expanded Clay Backfilling in Salt Tank Foundation for the CSP Plant

Abstract:Because the molten salt tank stores molten salt at a temperature of up to 600and the stoarged salt is around 10,000 tons, the quality of inner compaction of expanded clay backfilling in foundation is very important. The expanded clay is difficult to compact and easy to damage, and the conventional backfilling method and the traditional test method of compaction rate can not meet the requirements of expanded clay backfilling. Relying on the Dubai 700MW CSP and 250MW PV hybrid project, a new type of expanded clay backfilling construction method was studied through the comparison and experimentation of various backfilling and compaction implementation methods, which indirectly compacted the pre laid steel plate by small compaction machinery. The backfilling quality has been verified by dynamic and static plate load tests, which solves the problems of expanded clay compaction and inspection, and has achieved good results.
