BIM技术在武汉恒隆广场购物中心项目中的应用*

［摘要］武汉恒隆广场购物中心项目应用BIM技术解决超大型项目中设计协调难度大、造型复杂和专业交叉施工难点多等问题。介绍了BIM在项目组织策划、设计管理、全专业深化、基坑监测、云平台和虚拟现实等方面的应用。通过全过程BIM技术综合应用，缩短了项目工期，节约了项目费用，并顺利达到绿色建筑和高质量施工的相关要求。

Application of BIM Technology in Wuhan Henglong Shopping Center Project

Abstract: Based on the analysis of Wuhan Henglong Shopping Center project, BIM technology is used to solve the problems of design coordination, complex modeling and cross construction of super large projects. The application of BIM technology is introduced in design management, construction deepening, foundation excavation monitoring, cloud platform and virtual reality. By the using of BIM technology, the cosntruction time is shortened, the project costs is saved, and requirements of green building and high quality construction can be successfully meet.
