[摘要]春之眼商业中心项目主塔楼结构形式为钢骨核心筒+巨柱外框架体系,副塔楼结构形式为钢框架+支撑筒体结构。其中主塔楼钢骨核心筒钢板剪力墙、副塔楼大截面环梁及裙房劲性混凝土梁柱节点钢筋密度大,排布困难。为保证各节点顺利完成,采用BIM技术对复杂钢混节点进行深化设计,通过加劲板、连接器、开孔等多种深化方式,提高钢板剪力墙复杂节点的安装效率;通过对复杂节点钢筋排布、搭筋板优化等方式,提高环梁及劲性混凝土梁柱节点钢筋安装效率。通过三维模型对工人进行可视化交底,使钢结构复杂节点施工达到高质量、高效率的目的。

Study on the Application of BIM Technology in Complex Steel concrete Joints Optimization

Abstract:The main tower of Eye of Spring Commercial Center Project is designed with a structure of steel core tube + huge column frame system. The secondary tower constructed in the form of steel frame + supporting cylinder. Among them, it is difficult to arrange the reinforcement density of steel plate shear wall at the core of the main tower, ring beam at large section of the secondary tower and reinforced concrete beam column joints in the annex building. To ensure the smooth completion of each node, BIM technology was adopted in the project to deepen the design of complex steel concrete joints. And the installation efficiency of complex steel plate shear wall joints was improved through various deepening methods, such as stiffening plate, connector and hole opening, etc. The installation efficiency of ring beam and reinforced concrete beam column joints was improved by means of reinforcing bars arrangement and reinforcing plate optimization. And high quality and high efficiency construction of complex joints of steel structures can be achieved by means of 3D model to realize visual disclosure of workers.
