超高层异形层间铝板挑檐玻璃幕墙施工技术

［摘要］针对深圳地铁金融科技大厦项目玻璃幕墙层间不规则异形悬挑铝板的结构，分析其构造特点，通过采用组合单元板块、优化挂钩节点、优化异形面层玻璃幕墙形式、等压原理防水节点等技术，保证幕墙安装及成型精度，最终实现超高层建筑中异形结构幕墙的平顺美观。

Construction Technology of Special-shaped Interlayer Aluminum Overhanging Eaves Glass Curtain Wall in Super High rise Building

Abstract:In view of the irregular shaped cantilever aluminum plate structure between the layers of the glass curtain wall of the Financial and Technological Mansion of Shenzhen Metro Project, its structure characteristics are analyzed. The accuracy of the curtain wall installation and forming was ensured through the adoption of combination unit of plate, optimization of linked nodes, optimization of special-shaped surface form of glass curtain wall and equal pressure principle of waterproof node. Finally, both the smoothness and the beautifulness of curtain wall with irregular shaped structure in super high buildings are realized.
