无支撑混凝土置换法在某高层住宅加固中的应用

[摘要]某在建住宅工程为21层剪力墙结构,在项目结构封顶后发现第16层剪力墙混凝土强度远低于设计标准,现场钻芯试验推定该批次混凝土强度不足C15,不能满足C40的设计要求。依据16层剪力墙的轴压比数值分析,决定选用无支撑混凝土置换方法,以高强度灌浆料分段置换不合格的剪力墙混凝土,对此结构进行置换加固。通过详细设计置换次序及单次置换量,严格控制施工质量,缩短施工工期,加固效果符合要求。

Application of Concrete Replacement Method Without Support in Reinforcement of Some High rise Building

Abstract: Some residential project under construction is a 21 storey shear wall structure. After the project structure is capped, it is found that the concrete strength of the 16th floor is far lower than the design standard. The field core drilling test shows that the concrete strength of this batch is less than C15, which can not meet the design requirements of C40. Based on the numerical analysis of axial compression ratio of the 16th story shear wall, the replacement method of unsupported concrete is choosed. The unqualified shear wall concrete is replaced by high strength grouting material in sections, and the replacement reinforcement of the structure is carried out. Through detailed planning of replacement sequence and single replacement quantity, the construction quality is strictly controlled, the construction period is shortened, and the reinforcement effect meets the requirements.
