新一代大型高铁客站工程项目建设管理实践与研究*

[摘要]高铁客站作为高速铁路网的重要组成部分,信息技术的应用突破了建设过程中设计、施工、运维等一系列管理难题,形成了具有自身特色的建设管理模式,打造了一批现代化、服务型综合交通枢纽。从我国铁路客站发展经历的阶段出发,结合新一代高铁客站结构空间复杂、客流流线复杂、建筑体量大、建设管理难度大、技术难度大的特点,梳理了未来高效用地和与城市融合的趋势,指出智慧、绿色和人文车站是发展方向;在现行高铁客站建设管理模式分析对比的基础上,结合丰台站和杭州西站管理实践,对新一代高铁客站建设管理模式进行研究,指出未来一体化管理、智能化建造和健康监测为建设管理模式的发展方向。

Practice and Research on Construction Management of New generation Large scale High speed Railway Passenger Station

Abstract: With the application of new generation of information technology solve, a series of management problems are solved, including design, construction, operation and maintenance in high speed railway station, as an important part of the high speed railway network. It has created a unique construction management model and a serious of modern and service oriented comprehensive transportation hubs have accumulated rich experience for the construction of new generation high speed railway passenger stations. This article starts from the experience of developmental stage of Chinese railway passenger station, and summarizes the characteristics of the new generation high speed railway passenger stations, such as complex structural space, complex passenger flow line, large building volume, difficulties in construction management and the technology. Then the development directions is combed as efficient land using and integration with cities in the future. It is pointed out that smart, green and humanistic stations are the development direction. On the basis of comparative analysis of the current high speed railway station construction management model, combined with Fengtai Station and Hangzhou West Station, this paper researches the new generation high speed railway station construction management mode, and points out that the future integrated management, intelligent construction and health monitoring are the development direction of the construction management mode.
