盾构隧道施工对柔性地下管线的影响预测及分析*

[摘要]基于修正三维Peck公式,以管线接头允许张开值为控制指标,建立了盾构施工上方柔性市政管线安全状态评估方法,并基于工程实例研究了地铁隧道埋深、平距等对市政管线的影响规律。当地铁隧道埋深确定后,随着两隧道间距的增大,上方市政管线(土体)的绝对沉降量单调减小,而上方管线计算接头张开值则呈勺形分布,当平距为17m时达到最大值。定义双线地铁隧道左右线水平间距系数CZ,则当CZ0.58时,上方市政管线沿轴线的沉降分布符合正态分布规律,沉降呈V形;当CZ>0.58时,沉降曲线不符合正态分布规律,沉降呈W形。

Safety Prediction and Analysis on Flexible Pipeline Affected by Shield Tunnel Excavation

Abstract: Based on the revised three dimension Peck formula, with the flexural departure at segments joint as key index, the safety prediction algorithm for flexible pipeline affected by beneath shield tunnel excavation is set up. Then the pipeline affecting model is determined, taking into consideration such as tunnel depth and horizontal distance between left and right lines. When the depth of tunnel is a constant, with the increase of distance between the left and right tunnel, the longitudinal settlement of pipeline decreases monotonously, however, the curvature increases to peak when the distance is 17 meters, then it decreases. When CZ0.58, the longitudinal settlement profile of pipeline is in the shape of normal distribution. On the contrary, it is in a type of W profile.
