[摘要]以汕头苏埃通道超大直径泥水盾构应用为背景,结合盾构TBM大数据平台开展数据分析。依据海瑞克S1046盾构设计特点,提出刀具贯入阻力、泥水阻力、摩擦阻力的计算方法;分析了掘进段刀具贯入阻力、泥水阻力、摩擦阻力变化规律及在总推力中的占比,建立了泥水阻力与盾构埋深的关系、总推力与摩擦阻力的关系;对比了基岩段和软土段转速和贯入度特点,分析了两段掘进中扭矩和贯入阻力的概率密度分布特点,结合基岩段和软土段TPIFPI显著的差异性,提出了判别盾构在基岩段和软土段的方法。研究表明,利用TPIFPI进行地层的识别准确有效,能够较好指导现场施工。

Analysis of Parameters About Extra large Diameter Slurry Shield Tunnelling Through Submarine Complex Strata

Abstract:Based on the application of the extra large slurry shield in Shantou Suai Channel, data analysis is carried out in combination with the big data platform of shield TBM. According to the design characteristics of the shield S1046 produced by Herrenknecht, a calculation method of tool entry resistance, slurry resistance and friction resistance was proposed. The law of tool entry resistance, slurry resistance, friction resistance change and proportion in total thrust was analyzed, and the relationship between slurry resistance and shield depth, the relationship between total thrust and friction resistance was established. By comparing the characteristics of the rotation speed and penetrating rate of the bedrock stratum and soft soil stratum, the probability density distribution characteristics of torque and entry resistance in the two sections of excavation were analyzed. And the method of judging the shield in the bedrock stratum and the soft soil stratum was proposed in accordance with the significant difference of TPI and FPI between the bedrock stratum and the soft soil stratum. Research result shows that the identification of stratum by using TPI and FPI is accurate and effective, and can better guide on site construction.
