我国房屋建筑模板技术的研究综述

摘要:

模板工程属于建筑工程项目的重要施工环节,其质量直接影响混凝土结构质量。传统建筑模板存在许多不足,如材料易损坏、使用寿命短、施工效率低、成型质量差、对环境造成影响等。回顾我国房屋建筑模板技术发展历程,讨论当前房屋建筑模板技术现状,指出不同模板在实际工程中的应用效果和优势,着重介绍木(竹)胶合板模板、钢模板、塑料模板、铝合金模板及新型模板等目前我国房屋建筑领域常用的模板,并深入分析我国房屋建筑模板施工面临的主要问题,最后对建筑模板行业研究方向、应用前景进行展望,更好推动我国建筑技术进步。

Formwork engineering holds a pivotal role in construction projects, as its quality directlycorrelates to the structural integrity of building concrete. However, traditional building templates possessnumerous flaws, including susceptibility to material damage, limited service life, inefficient construction,inferior molding quality, and environmental harm. This paper reviews the development process of buildingformwork technology in China, discusses the current status of building formwork technology, points outthe application effects and advantages of various types in practical engineering, and focuses onintroducing several commonly used formwork in the field of building construction in China, such as wood(bamboo) plywood formwork, steel formwork, plastic formwork, aluminum alloy formwork, and newformwork. The main problems faced by building formwork in China are analyzed in depth. Finally, theresearch direction and application prospects of the building formwork industry are prospected, in order tobetter promote the progress of building technology.
