“双碳”背景下我国绿色建造技术发展战略研究

摘要:

绿色建造是工程建设领域贯彻绿色化发展理念的具体体现,是实现我国“双碳”目标与高质量发展的关键手段。介绍了绿色建造的基本概念及其丰富内涵,依照低碳化、装配化、智能化、精益化 4 类绿色建造发展方向,阐述绿色低碳设计技术、绿色低碳建材、资源化利用、既有建筑改造等 10 项绿色建造关键技术发展现状,通过问卷调研与专家访谈,分析我国绿色建造关键技术发展在技术研究、资源投入、协同体系等方面的共性挑战,并在此基础上,提出加快重点技术研发推广、加大政策资金支持力度、加强理论与技术体系构建等方面的针对性对策建议。

Green construction embodies the concrete implementation of green development concepts withinthe field of engineering and construction, serving as a pivotal means to achieve China’ s ‘dual carbon’targets and high⁃quality economic growth. This paper introduces the fundamental concept and richconnotations of green construction, following which it elucidates the current state of ten key greenconstruction technologies organized under four main developmental directions, low⁃carbonization,prefabrication, intelligentization, and lean construction. These includes green low⁃carbon designtechniques, eco⁃friendly building materials, resource recycling, and renovation of existing buildings.Through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, the study analyzes common challenges faced byChina in the development of green construction technologies across areas, such as technological research,resource allocation, collaborative systems. Based on these findings, this paper offers targeted policyrecommendations including accelerating the R & D and promotion of key technologies, increasing policyand financial support, and strengthening the theoretical and technical framework for green construction.
