基于 BIM 运维管理的现状与展望

摘要:

在建筑运维阶段引入 BIM 技术可提高运维管理效率和水平,但目前国内外运维阶段 BIM 的应用与研究还处于初级阶段. 因此,基于广泛的文献调研,从关键技术和应用功能层面对当前国内基于 BIM 的运维管理研究与应用进行研究,介绍涉及的关键技术及其研究现状,归纳目前已实现的应用功能. 分析国内 BIM 在运维阶段应用不佳的原因,展望未来 BIM 运维研究方向.

The introduction of BIM technology in construction operation and maintenance stage canimprove the efficiency and level of operation and maintenance management, but the application andresearch of BIM in operation and maintenance stage at home and abroad are still in its infancy.Therefore, on the basis of extensive literature research, the current research and application of BIM-basedoperation and maintenance management in China from the aspects of key technologies and applicationfunctions are studied, the key technologies involved and their research status are introduced, and theapplication functions that have been realized at present are summarized. Finally, the reasons for the poorapplication of BIM in operation and maintenance stage in China are analyzed, and the future researchdirection of BIM operation and maintenance is prospected.
