某铁路站房异形钢屋盖整体提升方案优化及非同步提升分析

摘要:

常益长高速铁路常德站站房大跨度异形屋盖采用由异形框架支承的空间钢桁架结构. 该工程具有结构刚度不均匀和现场施工场地受限特点. 因此,针对屋盖不同提升分区进行吊点方案设计,并基于结构受力和变形分析,优选合理吊点方案. 针对屋盖中部较大区域,分别对比单吊点非同步提升、垂轨向隔点非同步提升及异形框架梁段非同步提升对屋盖变形效应的影响. 该屋盖在异形框架梁附近的结构刚度较大,提升时影响范围较广. 外侧吊点起吊主要导致吊点外侧悬臂段上拱,对顺轨向屋盖内部变形影响较小. 基于单吊点非同步提升效应分析,提出屋盖多点非同步提升响应的定量分析方法和不利工况确定策略. 利用该方法,可通过查表快速确定不同吊点非同步起吊时的影响幅度和不利工况.

The large⁃span irregular roof of Changde Railway Station building on Changde⁃Yiyang⁃Changsha High⁃speed Railway is supported by an irregular frame and a spatial steel truss structure. Theproject features include uneven structural stiffness and limited on⁃site construction space. Therefore, thelifting point scheme is designed for different lifting zones of the roof, and reasonable lifting point schemesare selected based on structural force and deformation analysis. For the larger central area of the roof, theeffects of the deformation caused by single point asynchronous lifting, vertical rail direction staggeredasynchronous lifting, and irregular frame beam segment asynchronous lifting on the roof are compared.The structural stiffness near the irregular frame beam of the roof is relatively high, and the lifting has abroader impact range. Lifting at the outer lifting points mainly causes the outer cantilever section to archupwards, with minimal impact on the deformation of the internal roof along the rail direction. Based onthe analysis of the effect of the single point asynchronous lifting, a quantitative analysis method andadverse condition determination strategy for the response of multi⁃point asynchronous lifting of the roof areproposed. Using this method, the impact amplitude and adverse conditions of asynchronous lifting atdifferent lifting points can be quickly determined by referring to tables.
