某工程实腹式大板梁加固改造及卸载提升施工技术

摘要:

针对某工程屋面实腹式大板梁改造施工,提出采用两点同步液压卸载单根大板梁和四点同步液压提升 3根大板梁的方法,并采取在卸载过程中加强单根大板梁平面外稳定的措施. 这些方法解决了在无法使用大型起重机吊装的工况下,利用原有结构原位进行大型构件拆除和安装的问题. 实践表明,该系列方法在该项目大板梁改造施工中的应用较成功,为民用建筑领域大型构件改造施工提供了解决方案.

Aiming at the reconstruction of the solid⁃web large slab beam of a project roof, the method ofusing two⁃point synchronous hydraulic unloading single slab beam and four⁃point synchronous hydrauliclifting three slab beams is proposed, and the measures to strengthen the out⁃of⁃plan stability of single slabbeam during unloading are adopted. Under the condition that large cranes cannot be used for hoisting,the problem of dismantling and installing large components in situ by using the original structure issolved. The practice shows that the series of methods are successfully applied in the reconstruction of thelarge slab beam of the project, which provides a solution for the reconstruction of large components in thefield of civil construction.
