CAP1000 超长筏基“三合一”技术研究及应用

摘要:
基于三门二期核电项目,结合 CAP 堆型特点首次提出超长筏基“三合一”技术,设计 CR10 下部临时支撑系统,实现以支撑系统为受力主体进行 CR10 整体浇筑前提前就位,筏基与外基础 A 层一体浇筑,取消中心十六边形凹槽,减小应力集中。实践表明,采用该技术可显著提高工程质量、改善项目施工环境、减少人力投入、加快施工进度,同时采用无线测量装置能保证测量精度。对温度和应变监测数据分析发现,“三合一”技术可以有效减少甚至消除混凝土的有害裂缝,进一步证明了该技术可大大提高大体积混凝土基础筏板无缝整体浇筑施工质量。

Based on the Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant Project ( Phase II) in Zhejiang Province andcombined with the characteristics of CAP reactor type, the “ three⁃in⁃one” technology of super⁃long raftfoundation is proposed for the first time. And the temporary support system under CR10 was designed torealize the pre⁃positioning of CR10 integral pouring with the support system as the main body of force.The raft foundation and the outer foundation A⁃layer were poured together, and the central hexagon groovewas cancelled to reduce the stress concentration. The practice shows that this technology can significantlyimprove the project quality, improve the project construction environment, reduce the manpower input,and speed up the construction progress. Meanwhile, the use of wireless measurement devices can ensurethe measurement accuracy. Through the analysis of temperature and strain monitoring data, it is foundthat the “ three⁃in⁃one ” technology can effectively reduce or even eliminate the harmful cracks inconcrete,which further proves that this technology can greatly improve the construction quality ofseamless pouring of mass concrete foundation raft.
