复杂地层盾构下穿既有车站超大断面冷冻清障关键技术研究

结合南昌地铁 4 号线丁公路北站—人民公园站区间项目,介绍了在复杂地层环境中盾构下穿南昌地铁 1号线丁公路北站时,通过提前暗挖先清除既有车站下方障碍物,构筑通道后盾构再行推进的施工方法。暗挖通道施工采用“水平+竖向联合、双洞超大断面同步冻结”关键技术,有效控制车站内道床板(通道上方)等结构沉降、上浮、冷冻冻胀和融沉风险,以减轻对 1 号线轨道交通运营及地面环境的影响,保证了清障暗挖施工过程的整体稳定,避免了安全事故的发生。

Combined with the section project of Dinggong Road North Station to People’s Park Station ofNanchang Metro Line 4, this paper introduces the construction method of removing the obstacles underthe existing station through underground excavation in advance, and constructing the channel before theshield advancing when the shield underpasses through the Dinggong Road North Station of NanchangMetro Line 1 in a complex stratum environment. The key technology of “ horizontal +verticalcombination, synchronous freezing of double⁃hole super⁃large cross⁃section ”was adopted in theconstruction of the underground excavation channel,which effectively controls the settlement, floating,freezing and frost heaving, and thaw settlement risks of the track bed slab ( above the channel) in theStation. Engineering practice shows that this technology can reduce the impact on the operation of railtransit and the ground environment of Line 1, ensure the overall stability of the construction process ofobstacle clearing and underground excavation, and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
