上软下硬复合地层大断面隧道爆破施工的安全控制分析

以武汉市轨道交通 7 号线北延线(前川线)工程第 9 座车站巨龙大道站工程为背景,开展三维有限元动力分析,研究不同单响药量爆破下距离掌子面不同位置时隧道最大振幅变化规律. 研究结果表明,采用中隔壁法(CD 法)进行施工爆破作业时,应重点考虑爆破振速的高程振动放大效应及边墙放大效应. 基于数值分析结果提出安全爆破单响药量控制指标,数值分析和现场监测结果均表明采用该控制指标可有效、安全地控制隧道爆破作业.

A three⁃dimensional finite element dynamic analysis is carried out to study the variation law ofthe maximum amplitude of the tunnel at different positions of the tunnel face with different single chargeblasting distances based on the Julong Avenue Station Project, the ninth station of the North ExtensionLine (Qianchuan Line) Project of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 7. The results indicate that the elevationvibration amplification effect and side wall amplification effect of blasting vibration velocity should beconsidered when the center diaphragm ( CD method) is used for construction blasting. The controlindices of single charge of safety blasting are proposed based on the results of numerical analysis. Theresults of both numerical analysis and field monitoring indicate that the control indices can effectively andsafely control the tunnel blasting operation.
