屋面行驶汽车式起重机回顶体系与主体结构协同受力分析

某国际机场工程南北停车楼主体结构施工结束后,需利用 50t 汽车式起重机对塔式起重机进行拆除,由于塔式起重机位置及现场环境限制,汽车式起重机行进路线和起吊区均位于远期预留的架空区域,其荷载超过原设计承载力,原结构体系无法满足承载力要求. 通过钢板分散集中荷载,架空层及其下层区域布置回顶架体,采用有限元软件建立主体结构与回顶体系整体协同受力分析模型,并进行承载力计算,将有限元分析结果与理论计算相结合,验证回顶方案的可行性和安全性,最后进一步优化回顶体系资源投入,从而降低施工成本.

After the construction of the main structure of the north and south parking building of aninternational airport project, it is necessary to use a 50t truck crane to dismantle the tower crane. Due tothe restrictions of the location of the tower crane and the site environment, the driving route and liftingarea of the truck crane are located in the overhead area reserved for the long term. The load is far beyondthe original design bearing capacity, and the original structural system cannot meet the bearing capacityrequirements. By dispersing the concentrated load of the steel plate, the overhead layer and its lowerlayer were arranged in the topping support frame body. The finite element software was used to establishthe overall cooperative force analysis model of the main structure and the topping support system, and thebearing capacity was calculated. The finite element analysis results were combined with the theoreticalcalculation to verify the feasibility and safety of the topping support scheme. Finally, the input of thetopping support system resources has been further optimized, thereby reducing the construction cost.
