大跨度公轨合建连续钢桁梁桥顶推施工数值仿真分析

摘要:
西安市地铁 10 号线一期工程渭河公轨合建桥为大跨度公轨合建连续钢桁梁桥,主梁安装采用步履式顶推施工方法,采用有限元软件 ANSYS 对大跨度公轨合建连续钢桁梁桥顶推施工过程进行数值仿真分析. 通过固定钢桁梁桥位置,将支墩位置逐步向与顶推相反方向移动的方法模拟顶推施工过程,通过模拟不同的顶推施工距离,揭示了施工典型位置钢桁梁杆件轴力的演变过程. 结果表明,整个顶推施工过程中,本桥主桁变形满足规范限值要求.

Weihe River Road⁃rail Bridge of the first phase project of Xi’ an Subway Line 10 is a long⁃span road⁃rail continuous steel truss bridge. The main girder was installed by walking incrementallaunching method. Finite element software ANSYS was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis onthe incremental launching construction process of long⁃span road⁃rail continuous steel truss bridge. Themethod of fixing the position of the steel truss bridge and gradually moving the pier position to theopposite direction for the incremental launching was used to simulate the incremental launchingconstruction process. The working conditions of different incremental launching construction distanceswere simulated, and the evolution process of the axial force at the typical position of the wholeconstruction was revealed. The results show that the deformation of the main truss of the bridge iscontrolled within the standard limit during the whole incremental launching process, which meets theconstruction requirements.
