墙面喷涂机器人施工技术应用研究

摘要:

在墙面喷涂施工中,引入了一种新型建造模式,利用一种墙面喷涂机器人取代人工进行大面积喷涂施工.但现阶段墙面喷涂机器人的施工效率远低于其理论施工效率,即应用效率太低. 通过对墙面喷涂机器人施工技术进行研究,从人机协同、涂料配合比等方面进行优化,从而大幅度提升墙面喷涂机器人的应用效率.

In the wall spraying construction, a new construction mode is introduced, and a wall sprayingrobot is used to replace the manual spraying construction in a large area. However, at this stage, theconstruction efficiency of the wall spraying robot is far lower than its theoretical construction efficiency,that is, its application efficiency is too low. Through the research on the construction technology of wallspraying robot, its application efficiency of is greatly improved from the aspects of man⁃machinecoordination and coating mix ratio.
