富水砂卵石地层双基坑开挖引起的邻近既有车站变形规律分析

摘要:

为研究富水砂卵石地层城市地铁车站双基坑施工对邻近既有车站变形的影响,依托成都地铁 27 号线韦家碾站邻近地铁 1 号线既有车站施工实践,基于现场实测数据分析既有车站侧墙水平位移、纵向位移和竖向位移,采用数值模拟结果与现场实测数据相互验证,分析双基坑施工引起的邻近既有车站变形规律,并探讨钢支撑间距对邻近既有车站变形的影响. 研究结果表明,由于既有地铁车站结构刚度大,基坑开挖后车站上方地表发生隆起变形;双基坑开挖时土体卸荷使既有车站隆起,尤其是换乘通道基坑施工时隆起效果更明显;适当减小钢支撑间距可有效控制既有车站变形,当钢支撑间距取 3~ 3. 5m 时,既有车站变形控制效果最佳,经济效益最好.

Based on the construction practice of Weijianian Station on Chengdu Subway Line 27 adjacentto the existing Line 1 station, this study investigates the influence of twin foundation excavationconstruction for urban subway stations in water⁃rich sandy cobble strata on the deformation of adjacentexisting stations. Field monitoring data were analyzed to assess the longitudinal, lateral and verticaldisplacements of the sidewalls of the existing station. Numerical simulation results and field measurementswere mutually validated to analyze the deformation patterns of the adjacent existing station induced bytwin foundation excavation construction. The influence of steel support spacing on the deformation of theadjacent existing station was also explored. The research results show that due to the high structuralstiffness of the existing subway station, the ground surface above the station exhibits uplift deformationafter foundation excavation construction. Soil unloading during twin foundation excavation constructioncauses the existing station to uplift, with this effect being more pronounced during the construction of thetransfer channel foundation excavation immediately adjacent to the existing station. Appropriatelyreducing the steel support spacing can effectively control the deformation of the existing station. When thesteel support spacing is set at 3~ 3. 5m, deformation control achieves optimal effectiveness with the besteconomic efficiency.
