基于三维激光扫描技术的钢网架施工卸载过程数值分析

当钢网架进行顶升或提升施工后,临时支撑卸除是结构支撑形式和受力状态发生较大转换的过程,通常以设计模型为基础进行数值计算,忽略了网架拼装误差对最终结果造成的影响。以某高铁站房钢网架屋盖为研究对象,研究网架整体顶升后不同卸载方案对网架内力及变形的影响。基于三维激光扫描技术,分析网架在地面拼装完成后的形状尺寸误差,并应用 MIDAS Gen 有限元软件,根据真实模型对施工卸载过程进行数值计算,对比真实模型与设计模型计算结果的差异。结果表明,拼装误差导致网架结构不再对称,降低了卸载过程中千斤顶支反力的均匀性,增加了卸载过程的风险。

After the steel grid structure is lifted or raised, the removal of temporary supports is a processwhere the structural support form and stress state undergo significant changes, usually based on designmodels for calculation, ignoring the impact of grid assembly errors on the final results. Taking the steelgrid roof of a certain high-speed railway station as the research object, the influence of different unloadingschemes on the internal forces and deformations after the overall lifting is studied. Based on three-3Dlaser scanning technology, the shape and size errors of the grid after ground assembly are analyzed, andthe MIDAS Gen finite element software is used to numerically calculate the unloading process based onthe real model. The differences between the calculation results of the real model and the designed modelare compared. The results show that, assembly errors cause the grid structure to no longer besymmetrical, reducing the uniformity of the reaction force of the jack support during the unloading processand increasing the risk of the unloading process.
