BIM 技术在超高层建筑中的应用研究

摘要:
在国家金融信息大厦项目中,存在全生命期内对 BIM 数据传递要求高、多专业深化管控难度大等重难点。为解决超高层施工阶段的关键难题,对该项目大跨度多层桁架整体平行提升技术、斜挂式单层菱形网格圆管桁架施工技术、层叠发射式交叉桁架施工技术、超长悬臂及超大跨度桁架体系施工技术进行研究,顺利完成该项目,并提升施工质量,加快施工进度。同时完成装饰专项创优、机房专项创优策划。项目通过自主研发的工程智慧管控平台,实现对项目管理的数字化升级,为施工赋能,提升设计效率、优化施工方案,有效管理项目信息。

In the National Financial Information Building project, there are significant challenges, such ashigh requirements for BIM data transmission throughout the whole life cycle, great difficulty in multi-disciplinary deepening control. To address the key challenges in the construction phase of super high-risebuildings, the technology of overall parallel lifting of large-span multi-layer trusses, the constructiontechnology of single-layer rhombic grid pipe trusses with inclined hanging, the construction technology oflayer-by-layer launching of cross trusses, and the construction technology of super-long cantilever andsuper-large-span truss systems is used, the project is successfully completed, improves the constructionquality and accelerte the construction progress. It has also completed the planning for decorationexcellence and the excellence planning for machine rooms. Through the self-developed intelligentengineering management platform, the project has achieved digital upgrading of project management,empowered construction, improved design efficiency, optimized construction plans, and effectivelymanaged project information.
