基于 BIM 正向设计的厚重混凝土管线预埋技术研究

摘要:
在武汉协和医院质子医疗中心工程建设中,基于 BIM 正向设计,实现了混凝土内部机电综合管线设计的一次成型,BIM 全专业模型为管线与钢筋间的零碰撞设计和质子医疗设备精准定位提供支撑。综合管线独立支撑技术和模拟墙板定位技术的结合应用,有效保障混凝土内部机电管线和管道附件的精准定位。通过对混凝土内部管线进行 3D 扫描,形成可视化点云数据,能够对管道端口进行精准校准,提升质子医疗设备安装精度。

In the construction of the proton medical center at Wuhan Union Hospital, based on BIMforward design, the one-time formation of the comprehensive pipeline design of mechanical and electricalinside concrete can be achieved. The BIM full-professional model can provide support for the zero-collision design between pipelines and reinforcing rebars and the precise positioning of proton medicalequipment. The combination of the independent support technology of comprehensive pipelines and thepositioning technology of simulated wall panels, effectively ensures the precise positioning of mechanicaland electrical pipelines and pipeline accessories inside concrete. By conducting 3D scanning on thepipelines inside concrete, to form visual point cloud data, the end ports of pipelines can be preciselycalibrated, improving the installation accuracy of proton medical equipment.
