基于全参数化 BIM 正向流程的装饰幕墙应用研究

摘要:
采用传统孤立参数介入模型的处理方式,特别是在复杂异形构件模型中,其灵活性、数据关联性、精确度及效率等难以满足实际工程要求。此外,数据在项目各阶段的连贯性、一致性问题突出。基于此背景,在华南某公共建筑外立面装饰幕墙中,提出基于全参数化的 BIM 正向流程,覆盖从初步造型方案到细部设计、深化设计、构件优化、工业化生产及装配施工合理化等全过程,确保了每个环节均能在参数驱动下高效协同。最终输出自动化加工数据明确、具备强关联性的数据与模型,且跨阶段联动的图纸实现自动化更新与输出。提升了 BIM 技术实施的自动化与智能化水平,进一步发挥数字化转型价值。

The processing method of traditional isolated parameter intervention model, especially incomplex special-shaped component model, is difficult to meet the needs of practical work in terms offlexibility, data correlation, accuracy and efficiency. In addition, the problem of coherence andconsistency for data in different stages is prominent. Based on this background, in the decorative facadecurtain wall of a public building in South China, the full parametric BIM forward process is proposed.covers the whole process application from the preliminary modeling scheme to the detailed design, thedeepened design, the component optimization, the industrial production and the rationalization of theassembly construction, so as to ensure that, each link can be efficiently coordinated under parameter-driven. Finally, the data and models with clear automatic processing data and strong correlation areoutput, as well as the automatic update and output is achieved of drawings with cross-stage linkage. Itimproves the automation and intelligence level of BIM technology implementation, and further exerts thevalue of digital transformation.
