基于 LCA 预制管片物化阶段的碳足迹测算与应用研究

摘要:
随着我国“双碳”战略目标提出,地铁建设进入高速发展期,但目前国内较少对地铁全生命周期碳足迹计算进行相关研究。基于生命周期评价方法,将物化阶段划分为生产阶段、运输阶段以及施工阶段,通过文献查阅,结合实地调研,收集相关碳排放源、水平活动数据和碳排放因子,利用碳排放系数法建立碳足迹测算模型。经测算,中埋预制管片碳足迹因子为 6417.4kgCO2e /环,其中生产阶段为主要碳排放源,占比约 91%,而钢筋、水泥分别占比 57%和 36%.结果表明,生命周期评价方法能够以较好的准确度定量评估预制管片碳排放值。

With China’s “dual-carbon” strategic goal, subway construction has entered a period of rapiddevelopment, however, at present, there are few studies on the calculation of carbon footprint in thewhole life cycle of subway. Based on the life cycle assessment(LCA) method, the materialization stage isdivided into production stage, transportation stage and construction stage, through literature review andfield research, relevant carbon emission sources, horizontal activity data and carbon emission factors werecollected, using the carbon emission coefficient method to establish a carbon footprint calculation model.After calculation, the carbon footprint factor of the middle buried prefabricated segment is6417.4kgCO2e / ring, of which the production stage is the main source of carbon emission, accountingfor about 91%, and steel and cement accounting for 57% and 36%, respectively. The results show that,it is possible to quantitatively assess the value of the carbon emission with good accuracy.
