双线盾构地铁隧道施工对桩基变形的影响分析

以天津某双线盾构地铁隧道下穿铁路工程为研究对象,对地铁盾构隧道掘进过程进行数值模拟,研究软土地区双线盾构隧道施工对不同桩基位置和不同桩长的基础变形影响规律。研究结果表明,当桩基础位于双线隧道一侧时,在隧道拱顶位置处,桩基础水平位移基本达到最大。随着桩基础距隧道越来越远,桩基础水平位移逐渐减小。当隧道下穿铁路且侧穿桩基时,应尽量增大侧穿距离,以减小隧道开挖对桩基的影响。当桩基础位于双线隧道之间时,当桩基础距隧道较近时变形较大,随着左右线隧道先后施工,桩基础受到多次扰动,对上部结构造成影响。当桩基础较短且底端高于隧道顶部时,盾构隧道施工对桩身变形的影响较小。当桩基础较长且底端低于隧道底部时,桩身发生以弯曲为主的变形,水平位移最大值出现在隧道水平轴线附近。

Taking a double-track shield tunnel project under a railway in Tianjin as the research object,numerical simulation was conducted on the shield tunneling process, to study the influence law in soft soilarea on deformation of different pile foundation positions and pile lengths. The research results show that,when the pile foundation locates on one side of the double-track tunnel, the horizontal displacement of thepile foundation basically reaches the maximum at the tunnel crown. As the pile foundation is farther awayfrom the tunnel, the horizontal displacement of the pile foundation gradually decreases. When the tunnelpasses under the railway and side-passes the pile foundation, the side-passing distance should beincreased as much as possible, to reduce the impact of tunnel excavation on pile foundation. When thepile foundation locates between the double-track tunnels, the deformation of the pile foundation is largerwhen it is closer to the tunnel. As the left and right line tunnels are constructed successively, the pilefoundation is disturbed multiple times,which affects the upper structure. When the pile foundation isshort and the bottom end is higher than the top of the tunnel, the influence of shield tunnel constructionon the deformation of the pile body is small. When the pile foundation is long and the bottom end is lowerthan the bottom of the tunnel, the pile body undergoes deformation mainly in bending, and the maximumhorizontal displacement occurs near the horizontal axis of the tunnel.
