破碎软岩隧道超前注浆加固区形成机理与控制效应研究

摘要:
为探究破碎软岩隧道超前注浆加固区形成机理与控制效应,依托实际工程,结合数值模拟与现场监测手段,系统分析了浆液在破碎岩体中的扩散、劈裂与压密过程,得到高压注浆下非对称加固区形成机理。通过对比注浆与未注浆段监测数据,定量评估了超前注浆加固对围岩变形、掌子面稳定性及初期支护结构受力状态的影响。在此基础上,对注浆孔长度、间距、外插角度关键设计参数进行优化。研究结果表明,超前注浆加固能够有效控制围岩变形,改善支护结构受力模式。

In order to explore the formation mechanism and control effect of advanced groutingreinforcement zone in broken soft rock tunnel, based on the actual project, the diffusion, splitting andcompaction process of slurry in broken rock mass were systematically analyzed by means of numericalsimulation and field monitoring, and the formation mechanism of asymmetric reinforcement area underhigh pressure grouting was obtained. By comparing the monitoring data of grouting and non-groutingsections, the influence of advanced grouting reinforcement on the deformation of surrounding rock, thestability of tunnel face and the stress state of initial support structure was quantitatively evaluated. On thisbasis, the key design parameters of grouting hole length, spacing and interpolation angle were optimized.The research results show that advanced grouting reinforcement can effectively control the deformation ofsurrounding rock and improve the stress mode of supporting structure.
