超大截面渐变弯扭腰圆钢拱制造技术

东一线跨绛溪河大桥的钢拱为腰圆形截面,空间呈扭曲造型,两侧弯扭半圆钢管加工质量直接影响构件整体效果,故采用超大截面渐变弯扭腰圆钢拱的制作方法及控制措施,不仅满足截面内的弯曲弧度要求,且满足节段内纵向扭曲弧形效果。通过对弯扭钢拱进行节段划分,将大直径厚壁弯扭钢管加工成型,并进行高精度剖切,利用智能化切割技术、全熔透焊接技术对大尺寸钢管相贯线进行切割与焊接,当消除相贯线焊缝残余应力后,进行现场安装,完成超大截面渐变弯扭腰圆钢拱加工制作。其制作精度高、成桥效果好,该桥焊缝抗疲劳性能良好,保证了桥梁结构的使用寿命。

The steel arch of the Dongyixian Bridge spanning the Jiangxi River has a waist-round cross-section and a spatially twisted shape. The manufacturing quality of the bent and twisted semi-circularsteel pipes on both sides directly affects the overall effect of the components. Therefore, themanufacturing method and control measures for the super-large cross-section gradually changing bent andtwisted waist-round steel arches are adopted. This not only meets the bending arc requirements within thecross-section but also satisfies the longitudinal twisted arc effect within the segments. By segmenting thebent and twisted steel arch, the large-diameter thick-walled bent and twisted steel pipes are processedinto shape and precisely cut. The intelligent cutting technology and full penetration welding technologyare used to cut and weld the intersection lines of the large-sized steel pipes. After eliminating the residualstress of the welds at the intersection lines, the on-site installation is carried out to complete themanufacturing of the super-large cross-section gradually changing bent and twisted waist-round steel arch.Its manufacturing accuracy is high and the bridge effect is good, the fatigue resistance of the welds of thisbridge is good, ensuring the service life of the bridge structure.
