核电工程自扩底锚栓研发与应用

摘要:
由于核工程建设安全等级具有特殊性,故研发核电工程用自扩底机械锚栓,用于开裂和非开裂混凝土中的中重型结构构件或非结构构件的锚固连接。建立自扩底机械锚栓数字化检测系统,通过 100%安装紧固扭矩的数字化方式,保证锚栓扩底套管安装精确,避免人为因素导致的安装质量不合格。通过数字化检测拉拔承载力,确保安装质量可靠。经过多项试验研究,结合工程实践可知,该自扩底机械锚栓通过机械锁键作用实现高承载力连接,具有良好且稳定的机械、防腐、抗震、抗疲劳、抗冲击性能,且安装简便、耐久性好、可靠性高,适用于核电、桥梁、隧道、高速公路等大型工程固定和连接中。

Due to the special nature of the safety level of nuclear engineering construction, self-expandingmechanical anchor bolts for nuclear power engineering have been developed, for anchoring andconnecting medium and heavy structural and non-structural components in cracked and non-crackedconcrete. A digital detection system for self-expanding mechanical anchor bolts has been established. Bydigitally measuring the installation torque at 100%, the installation accuracy of the anchor bolt’sexpanding sleeve is ensured, avoiding installation quality issues caused by human factors. Through digitaldetection of the pull-out bearing capacity, the installation quality is guaranteed to be reliable. Throughmultiple experimental studies and engineering practices, it is known that this self-expanding mechanicalanchor bolt achieves high bearing capacity connections, through mechanical locking keys, and has goodand stable mechanical, anti-corrosion, seismic, anti-fatigue, and anti-impact performance. It is also easyto install, has good durability, and high reliability, and is suitable for use in the fixation and connectionof large-scale projects, such as nuclear power, bridges, tunnels, and highways.
