地铁横通道转大断面正洞施工力学规律分析

                    摘要:
针对横通道转大断面正洞施工过程复杂、力学转换频繁、施工安全风险高的问题,以乌鲁木齐地铁黄山街站为背景,采用数值仿真手段,对其转正洞施工过程中围岩及支护结构应力、位移进行分析,结果表明:在横通道转正洞施工时,采用“横通道框架梁+交叉口中隔壁”的支护形式,施工过程中的位移、应力在可控范围内;转正洞施工过程中,临时支撑拆除是整个破壁施工关键工序,施工过程中应注意加强现场监测。

In view of the complex construction process, frequent mechanical conversion and highconstruction safety risk of the main tunnel with large cross section, taking Huangshan Street Station ofUrumqi subway as the background, the stress and displacement of surrounding rock and supportstructure during the construction of the main tunnel were analyzed by numerical simulation. The resultsshow that:During the construction of the cross passage to the main tunnel, the support form of crosspassage frame beam+intersection partition wall is adopted, and the displacement and stress during theconstruction process are basicallywithin a controllable range. During the construction process of thecross passage to the main tunnel, the removal of temporary supports is a key process for the entire wallbreaking construction. During the construction process, attention should be paid to strengthen in-situmonitoring.
