大跨度斜拉桥钢混叠合梁全断面顶推技术

摘要:

以沾临公路黄河大桥为依托,该桥为主跨 442m 的双塔双索面钢混叠合梁斜拉桥。该工程采用钢混叠合梁整体顶推方法施工,在边墩搭设拼装及顶推作业平台,拼装钢梁并叠合混凝土桥面板,拼装平台上完成节段叠合梁拼装,滑移至顶推区域分节段顶推,并在顶推范围搭设临时顶推支墩。该顶推施工方法解决了因黄河中下游区域不通航,大节段钢梁原位吊装节段运输难题,节约了施工用地,减少了拼装作业区域,管理难度降低,降低了高空作业风险,提高了施工工效。钢混叠合梁整体顶推施工技术既保证了施工过程中安全,又降低了工程造价,且缩短了施工工期。

Based on Zhanhua-Linzi Highway Yellow River Bridge, this bridge is a double-pylon anddouble-plane steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 442m. The wholeincremental launching construction method of steel-concrete composite girder is adopted in the project,the assembling and incremental launching platform is built on the side span, the steel girder is assembledand the concrete deck is laminated, and the segmental composite girder assembly is completed on theassembling platform, sliding to push-off area and setting up temporary push-off abutment in push-off area.The incremental launching construction method solves the problem of large-section steel girder in-situhoisting section due to the non-navigation of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, saves theconstruction land, reduces the assembly operation area, reduces the difficulty of management, reducesthe risk of high-altitude operation, and improves the construction efficiency. The integral incrementallaunching construction technology of steel-concrete composite girder not only ensures the safety in theconstruction process, but also reduces the project cost and shortens the construction period.
