富水砂层低净空地下连续墙施工技术

摘要:

针对富水砂层及高架桥、高压线下低净空地下连续墙施工难题,采用全套低净空成槽及吊装设备,围绕加快分节吊装和保证槽壁稳定 2 个方面采取技术及管理措施,优化护壁泥浆性能指标,做好工序组织,钢筋笼整体加工再分节,控制分节对接垂直度,采用碎石回填防止接头绕流,采取三导管浇筑,并采取物防、技术、人防措施防止碰撞上方高架桥及高压线,充分保证了富水砂层低净空地下连续墙施工安全和质量,并有效提升了平均工效。

In view of the construction problems in water-rich sand stratum, low-clearance diaphragm wallunder viaduct and high-tension lines, a full set of low-clearance grooving and hoisting equipment isadopted, and technical and management measures are taken in two aspects: Speeding up section hoistingand ensuring the stability of the trough wall, optimizing the performance indicators of the wall protectionmud, doing a good job in process organization, re-section the steel bar cage as a whole, and controllingthe verticality of the section butt. The use of gravel backfill to prevent joint flow around, the use of three-pipe pouring, and the use of physical defense, technology, civil air defense and other measures toprevent collision with the overhead viaduct and high-voltage lines, fully ensure the safety and quality ofthe construction of low-clearance diaphragm wall in the water-rich sand stratum, and effectively improvethe average efficiency.
