承插型盘扣式模板支撑架稳定承载性能有限元分析

摘要:
利用 ANSYS 有限元软件建立 2 层 3 跨承插型盘扣式模板支撑架模型,分析斜杆设置、转动刚度对架体极限承载力的影响;通过建立多种有限元模型分析斜杆布置、悬臂长度、顶层步距等因素对架体极限承载力的影响。 在此基础上,结合数值模拟结果提出模板支撑架搭设建议,为其设计提供参考。

ANSYS finite element software is used to establish a two-layer and three-span socket-type disklock formwork support frame model to analyze the influence of diagonal brace setting and rotationalstiffness on the ultimate bearing capacity of the frame. Through the establishment of a variety of finiteelement models, the influence of diagonal brace layout, cantilever length, top step distance on theultimate bearing capacity of the frame is analyzed. On this basis, combined with the numerical simulationresults, the suggestions for the erection of the formwork support frame are proposed to provide referencefor its design.
