生成式人工智能与扩散模型在建筑工程设计中的应用

摘要:

对生成式人工智能及其关键技术(扩散模型)在建筑工程设计中的应用进行研究,对图像生成原理进行介绍,包括卷积神经网络、生成对抗网络和扩散模型,并重点阐述扩散模型优势。通过 3 个实际工程案例应用,展示基于扩散模型的 Stable Diffusion,Midjourney软件设计方案绘图效果。研究结果表明,生成式人工智能技术已能够有效辅助从室内房间到大型园区的不同尺度建筑设计任务。对于需求相对简单的场景,基于文本生成图像的方式即可满足快速概念表达。对于更复杂的项目,结合微调模型训练与精准控图技术能够实现高质量的定制化输出。

This paper focuses on the application research and practice of generative artificial intelligenceand its key technology(diffusion model) in the field of architectural engineering design. The principle ofimage generation is introduced, including convolutional neural network, generation countermeasurenetwork and diffusion model, and the advantages of diffusion model are mainly described. Through theapplication of three practical engineering cases, the drawing effect of Stable Diffusion and Midjourneysoftware design scheme based on diffusion model is displayed. The research results show that generativeartificial intelligence technology has been able to effectively assist architectural design tasks of differentscales from indoor rooms to large parks. For scenes with relatively simple requirements, the method ofgenerating images based on text can meet the rapid concept expression. For more complex projects, thecombination of fine⁃tuning model training and precise control image technology can achieve high⁃qualitycustomized output.
